Friday, March 5, 2010 - Light, red-purple color. Subtle nose, with red fruit, cherries, a hint of vanilla. Soft, silky palate; wonderful mouthfeel. Cherries, cranberries, a hint of a bite of pepper on the palate. Nice, medium-long finish. A little later, picked up body and complexity. Terrific. Paired perfectly with my filet with a cherry glaze.
