Saturday, September 9, 2017 - Flash decanted then put back in uncorked bottle for 8 hours to slow-ox. Then decanted again for 2 hrs. Well integrated classic brunello. A little thinner than I remembered but nice fruit/leather/cigar box in nose and palate. I will drink my last one soon. I don't think this gets any better but should hold up for another few years if you want to hold.
