Thursday, August 27, 2015 - A sensuous, soft wine with a mix of 50% Sangiovese Grosso and 50% Cabernet. A creamy aroma with hints of blueberry and chocolate. Well balanced acidity and tannins with supple flavors of cherry and a nice finish with a bite. A nice Montalcino take on a super Tuscan and incorporation of Cabernet without being overly forward and sweet.
