Luscious and jucy in the mouth, but not too sweet at all. The acidity in still very obvious and isn't integrated perfectly yet. The finish keeps on and on and let your mouth watering for the next sip. This really great Auslese has portential for at least 15-20 years and will reach its peak in about 5-7 years. Absolutely delicious.
