Friday, February 19, 2010 - Clear, pale lemon-gold. Nose of lychee, apricot, pear, dried flowers, cardamom, nutmeg, and petrol. Well balanced flavors of ripe apple and pear, a slightly citrusy, orange zing to the medium acidity. Creamy mouth feel with a decent length spicy finish. Nice.
