Sunday, January 15, 2023 - - Brick color with slow forming legs and aromas of blackberry, cherry, cedar and bacon. It's balanced and has flavours of blackberry, cherry and black pepper with a full body. Polished texture with a long finish - Decanted three hours. The wine needs air. It has cellared very well and can keep aging. Good fruit with long finish. Early on some tannins, but they fade.
