Friday, May 23, 2014 - Very pale yellow with fine vigorous beads. Apples, citrus oils, white flowers and fresh baked bread on the nose. A lush and creamy palate reveals copious amounts of green-yellow fruits, some toasted nuts and hint of honey and vanilla on the finish. A very nice, round and mouth filling champagne.
