Friday, July 27, 2007 - Impromptu Steak Off (My Place, Seattle, WA): Nice vigrant mousse. Clear pale straw color. Lots of citrus and apple on the nose. Toasty and creamy. On the palate, full body and lots of effervescence. The perfect amount of oak lends creamyness and complexity. Long pleasing clean finish.
