Saturday, March 28, 2015 - HDH Burgundy Auction (Chicago, IL): Apple-fresh on the nose, with a very juicy and approachable character. Lovely juiciness on the palate as well. Quite linear and fresh, with a good green apple character. Open and very delicious.
