nice fat bubbles

nose: very pungent citrusy nose with some yeast and tropical fruits

taste: great creamy feel with loads of tropical fruit, green apples, baked dough, and other citrus tones.

overall: an utterly delicious champagne. Great effervescant feel that just glides across your tounge with a very explosive attack and finish of green apples and baked bread. A really fun champagne
