Thursday, May 4, 2023 - This needs a minute and aeration helps. Really tart and somewhat sour out of the gate but it settles down after a bit. Little to no fruit left, some tannins still lingering, mild secondary notes of some tobacco and leather but that’s about it. Definitely drinkable but past it’s prime.
