Saturday, November 30, 2013 - Wonderful. Let this one open up over four hours before pairing with grilled steaks. Some graphite and damp earth upon cork pop, settled into tobacco, earth and cedar notes. Very smooth and very pleasant but not incredibly long finish. Three more in the cellar and eagerly looking forward to the rest.
