Friday, November 20, 2015 - Roast Chicken and Bordeaux, etc @ Salil's (Vernon, CT): Perhaps not a perfect bottle, but this offered up a good amount of elegant, silky, smooth, aged-claret flavors. Nice notes of dried currants, cedar and leather, but not a lot of persistence.
