Friday, September 16, 2011 - Loads of grapes, blackberries, and spice in this 07 CDP. 80% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 6% Mourvedre, and 4% from a mix of six other grapes. Needed about 45 minutes to open up, but our patience was rewarded with a smooth drinking wine. Long tart finish.
