Wednesday, February 26, 2014 - Wide open nose... dripping with ripe raspberries, strawberry jam, liquorice and salty seaweed. Just as open and smooth on the palate - keep it below 15 degrees, pop and enjoy. Pure pleasure with mature soft cheeses, like an Epoisses.
