Thursday, October 27, 2016 - Mostly CDP's; 10/23/2016-10/27/2016 (Gary): Presented as a Taiwanese cabernet/merlot blend. I truly believed that's what I was drinking, maybe because I'm a trusting person, and maybe because I've no idea what kind of wine comes out of Taiwan. Well, it didn't taste like a cabernet/merlot blend. The nose is kirsch and raspberry liqueur. The palate is woody and a bit hollow. There is also smoke and dirt. This one seemed a bit rough.
