Friday, June 7, 2013 - Give this an hour to breathe. Deep purple color with massive veins flowing down the side of glass. It opens up to hints of pepper, herbs and unsweetened dark chocolate powder and carries a 20 - 30 second finish. This wine tastes like you can have a conversation with it, and that when you're finished you'll know more than you did and feel better for it. No idea when I bought this. I have one bottle left and will let it be for another couple of years.
