taste: medium/full bodied with medium tannins and medium acidity along with bits of wild spices, black fruits, herbs, liqueur tones, roasted meats, along with some glycerin. There is definitely that quality from other 07s and the tannins are on the sneaky side

overall: this wine benefited from a good bit of air. This definitely needs some time to round fully into form, but I like how it certainly shows its darker qualities and has a good robustness to it as well.
