Saturday, January 20, 2024 - Pearl of Burgundy gala dinner: Rich and oxidative with nutty, autolytic notes. Not the biggest fan - didn’t have much tension but others at the table liked this a lot. To be fair, not as oxidised as I expected a Bollinger this age to have been.
