Sunday, October 16, 2011 - Was not as good as I remember but then I have not been thrilled with Ridge Zins for a while. Decanted about 4 hours and had lots of grape flavor. Not hot like recent Zins from Ridge that as I have opened and not get any smell of vinegar. Wine went ok with a nice rib-eye.
