Wednesday, April 4, 2012 - I'm not a Malbec fan but felt this one was quite interesting. Ash, tar and dark fruits. What will 3 years bring? Still somewhat one dimensional without much finesse. Very good with an excellent cheddar. Thought it might go well with a wood fire pizza.
