Thursday, January 8, 2015 - Pnp, medium golden color giving nose of ripe pear, ripe apple and honey. No zesty acidity here, but the balance is very refined. Refreshing lemon squash in mouth, good minerality from mid palate, mid conc, lovely elegance and at the same time good tension too with a lasting floral note.
