Friday, September 28, 2012 - Has really matured since my last bottle. Roasted pear. Gingerbread. Dried herbs and flowers. Poached apple. Still oak influenced but no in a bad way. Palate is light to medium bodied with lemon zest flecked pear and apple centered on a beam of still solid acidity. Mature.
