Saturday, October 16, 2010 - Figs and earth mixed with blackberries on the nose. The earthiness extends to the palate and overall, this wine seems to be trying to live in denial of it's Italian roots with a lot of French Provencal characteristics. Finish is a little clipped but overall very tasty and a great value.
