Monday, July 28, 2014 - Showing a little more color, and signs of adolescence now, almost 6 years in the bottle. Still quite youthful and fresh, with elegant flavors and depth, subtle nuttiness, hints of peach pit and almonds; good, though perhaps not abundant acidity, but nice overall balance. Beautifully delicious. Would not be able to pick this out from a Hermitage Blanc lineup.
