Monday, May 18, 2015 - Citrus fruit, apple, butter, cake, caramel and minerals on the nose. The palate was full of apple...although the palate was not complex, it is drinking very well now. Acidity is still very high. Aftertaste was a tiny bit bitter. Overall a decent wine for the price.
