Monday, February 21, 2011 - One of the better $20 Loire selections from Garagiste. I got lead pencil/graphite on the nose with some citrus and apple. Mouthwatering - citrus, apple and floral flavors. Got just a bit of the "wax" others mentioned in their notes. Good acid. Complex and lasted well for three nights. Especially good with lemon sole dish. Not a "run of the mill" Chenin Blanc.
