Tuesday, February 14, 2012 - Slightly reductive to start, then rich and lush aromas of apple and lemon oil. Starts with flavors of Gala apples and then more lemon and lemon oil flavors emerge, with a unctuous, waxy texture. Still just a baby. I have one more bottle, which I will set aside for at least another 5 years.
