Thursday, February 17, 2022 - Gorgeous wine. The fruit is showing maturity but the texture and acidity fills the wine with a sense of freshness. Some wet wool and minerals mix with the apple, peach and apricot notes. Nice saline finish. No rush on these, if perfectly stored (as this was).
