Community Tasting Note

Sunday, April 5, 2015 - Consistent with my tasting notes from two years ago. The nose and palate are consistant with some more tertiary flavored developing. The herb, olive and green pepper are coming through with more harmonious mouth feel. Still needs two hours of air to fully open. At or near peak but should drink well for another 10 years. Paired wonderfully with herb crusted roast beef.
