90 Points

Monday, August 15, 2005 - I smell peaches, pears (and a coconut please--oops sorry about the Little Feat detour) and fresh white flowers. Pale yellow color that almost fades away against a white background. A wonderful tang on the tongue. Please let me note that again--Soave with tang. After years of dreck how nice to find out what this wine can really do. I'm going to have to try some of Inama's single vineyard wines. The balance is good, with a medium finish and decent body. Plenty of fruits with nary a touch of butter or vanilla. An excellent food wine for hot weather.

For me, some of the most interesting whites today come from Italy.
