Friday, July 31, 2015 - Drink to celebrate the birthday of Chris Upchurch... With a 3+ hour decant was alcohol and dark cherry on the nose. Classic Harrison Hill and long long finish! Had some nice subtleties on the mid-palate, but the finish was what we are talking about afterwards. We really enjoyed this wine, but would not open another one for at least five years! Thanks Chris, and happy birthday!
