Wednesday, September 5, 2012 - On the nose sandal wood, game, plum, cherry and spice. There is noticeable alcohol. On the palate there are sweet fruits, kirsch and pepper. Medium to low acidity with softening tannins. Slightly better on second night. Can't be far from peaking?
