Friday, October 16, 2015 - The fruit has racheted down since my last bottle in 2011, bringing out more tannin and acidity. Liked this more with the lusher fruit as this style does not lend itself so well to creating a classic ager as it lacks the elegance and complexity that you look to get over time.
