Tuesday, December 8, 2009 - Pale yellow with green edge. Yellow apple, bartlet pear and white peach on the nose. Balsam/piney. White flower perfume in the mouth but a bit disjointed...an oily texture in the middle but very clenched with a dry finish. Created some bitterness and shortened finish. Better the second day, but still not resolved.
