Monday, December 12, 2022 - Nose: Herbal and floral cabernet, dark berries, vegetable garden and mint. Such a classic old Napa nose. Palate: It is a fully mature wine with the fruit sitting behind a curtain of violet and mint. Great undertone of cassis here. Finish: Fading imprint of dark berries and more garden notes.
