Saturday, February 15, 2020 - Was a bit alcoholic at first with notes of kirsch. After 2 hours of air in the bottle and some time in the glass, balanced out beautifully and was very similar to its flight partner, a 2003 Chave Hermitage. Give this time to breathe.
