Monday, April 21, 2014 - The wine looks brick colored. The legs are medium with heavy sediment in the bottle. It smells like blackberry, black pepper, black olive, green beans, game and burnt match-which blew off with an hour decant. It tastes like blackberry, red currant, black pepper fig, black olive, tea, bell pepper and mushroom with a roasted brussel sprouts nuance-wierd but lovely.. The body is medium/full. The wine has leathery texture with a long finishes.
