Wednesday, January 29, 2014 - Strange little wine. Maybe the 1st cab I've ever tasted that I would rate a couple of points higher WITHOUT food. I found the nose to be forward and beautiful with dark fruit , lavender ,rose petals,(maybe a little petit Verdot), eucalyptus and ginger snaps. The taste is of mixed berry cobbler(raspberry and blueberry) with a hint of milk Chocolate. Soft tannins and enough acidity to hold it all together. However when paired beef picked up a hint of muskiness and a lot of tartness. Better to just drink and smooth enough to do so. Cool glass " cork "
