Saturday, February 5, 2011 - Light golden colour, watery edge. Very sceptical when opening the bottle - the cork had a serious layer of mold and the top 1 cm of the cork was starting to go into pieces.

Opening the bottle I was quickly relaxed - clean and clear scents; flint/minerals, hot stones, hints of apple/pear and a touch of apricots/peaches. Nice fruit, not enormous and a solid acid still. Bone dry and a good long finish. 92 is not the finest year for St. Hune (or Alsace in general), but given the age this was nice. No need to wait any more, and I think it should be drunk over the short term.
