Sunday, August 29, 2021 - Opened in London, P&P and shared over dinner.

This was a real treat from B-to-B, and a wine that I had not tried before. Luscious colour from the age, with great floral notes coming through to balance the Aligoté acidity, padded by a mineral backbone. Structure was there but it was also relaxed, allowing it to come across as very expressive and even somewhat creamy on the palate going down. Really enjoyable and glad to have tried it.

However, at this point, I'm not sure if there is much more upside or ageing potential. As such, would probably drink up.
