Monday, January 4, 2021 - This bottle didn't perform as well as my last bottle 6+ months ago but had a very nice 1 hour window (basis for the score). Needed about 2 hours to shed a tight bitter edge, blossomed for about an hour and then started to close down again. At its peak, had dark dense fruit with nice supporting structure and smooth finish. Edged out a 2001 Caymus IMHO. I would drink these up - doubt they'll get better in the cellar.
