2006 Fairchild Estate Cabernet Sauvignon Sigaro

Tuesday, May 7, 2019 - I am a bit disappointed with this wine. I realize these were still early days for Fairchild but this Sigaro does not drink as I imagine the Sigaros made in the past five years will drink a decade hence. It’s an elegant wine with much greater red fruit than purple. I didn’t find the wine as balanced.
