Friday, September 6, 2013 - Great expression of Cali Chard. Focused, citrus core, nice toast, not overly oaked. A food wine. Herbal notes on the nose, palate that tends more toward the savory end. Enjoyable. Would pair more with veg than seafood. Despite the age, still very fresh.
