Monday, August 10, 2009 - Nicely aromatic nose of pine forest and fresh cut wood. Mature flavors of dark cherry, anise, plenty of tannin. Fully mature, drinking well and will probably suffer from a bit too much tannin for the remaining fruit. I have good storage so if you do not, drink soon, otherwise, 2 year window.
