Friday, March 18, 2011 - Not your everyday pinot. Earthy nose. Lots of spice-box; all-spice and nutmeg. earthy taste too. with good acidity. Almost a zesty grapefruit taste. Still some firm tannis. Probably still a little youg. Will be curious to see how it evolves over time.
