Friday, December 25, 2015 - Decanted for 1 hour. This is classic Napa Valley right here. Aromas of dusty berry, blackberry, currant, touch of earth and black cherry. This still has some tannin that would probably shed if left in the decanter longer with flavors of blackberry, cherry, currant, iron and olive. Finish goes on for 30 seconds. Beautiful pure Cabernet!
