Saturday, March 28, 2015 - HDH Burgundy Auction (Chicago, IL): Significant bricking on the nose. Very powerful aromatics on the nose: floral, light rust, sweet fruit, plums. Lovely ripe fruit on the palate with gentle dusty tannins. Very pretty acidity. Words fail me here -- this, I suppose, is why people age their Burgundy. Wow.
