Thursday, November 5, 2009 - Appearance: Pale yellow with silvery tints. low color intensity, medium - viscosity
Nose: Pomelo, lime, hay, asparagus and gooseberry
Palate: Citrus- pomelo, lime, with grassy notes
Conclusion: a crisp, light white with very nice balanced acidity and aromatics. Approachable and ready to drink.
