Tuesday, November 23, 2021 - A better showing with better focus and sweetness less noticeable.
Light, golden hue.
Nice Gewurztraminer aromatics while retaining some elegance. rose and spice elements most noticeable.
Nice texture with just enough acidity to keep the aromas focused. Yes. The sweetness contributes considerably to the texture, but in this case it works.
Long, clean finish. No hurry to drink.
